UB820

Got my Ub820 today for my 4k blurays. Presently surprised however very confused.

No where did I read that this player would even upscale regular netflix to dolby vision?

I have tested multiple non dolby vision movies and programs and everytime it decodes it in Dolby Vision 4k. The minute I run these same titles through my TV app it just plays as it stands normal HD. Is this normal the quality differences between the netflix app on UB820 and the TV is definitely better on UB820. See photos
