Why are so many of us autistic (genuinely) ?

First of all, I’m using the word ” autistic ” because of a lack of a better term so I’m sorry for that. But anyway, what I really mean is socially inept, lacking self-awareness, the use of weird and specific language patterns, or just in general in the way our brains work.

Even the most passing trans women that are stereotypically feminine and successful seem to be like that, it’s pretty clear to me that they’re just ” masking ” when you really take a closer look at them.

Heck, even Blair White always jokes about being “ on the spectrum “ , but the way she says it sounds like she doesn’t want NT to take her too seriously so she makes it sound like a joke, when she’s actually being for real…

Is it because of the way we grew up or something ?
