What advice would you give a Young, Unemployed in Debt, Addict, living with my parents.

I am 23, i quit job because i hated it, i wanted to start business, borrowed money from someone.

Now i bought things but now i have no motivation. I rarely get work, i stay in my house, smoking all day and doing nothing. I dont know how to pay my debt, idk wt to do, i am going to therapist and treatment but its not helping much.
