What is ONE project/task that you are procrastinating on because of ADHD?
Many ADHDers have problems with task initiation and completing tasks, and are major procrastinators. What is one project/task that if you got started on would be super helpful/improve your quality of life?
I struggle with task initiation, so like other ADHDers, I do have quite a few ideas/tasks that have not yet been executed. Although, I am getting better at initiating tasks through certain strategies I have in place.
