How are people resonance level 381?

I am a daily player, I spend money on all the 1200% deals that come out, the 72hr ones. How are people level 381 in the new season? I haven't missed a day, I've collected everything available, my afk stage is 330 and resonance level is 370. Somehow I'm missing enough xp for 11 resonance levels?

What am I missing?
