WOI Archive Notes

I finished all the WOI story and sidequests so far and see I have 4 unfound notes in the collection Archives. Was anyone else able to find them all or are these locked for future sidequests? The ones I' missing is all from Stormy Strait; Delicate Note, Renata's Notes, Announcement, Unknown Notes.

I tried to run around the map some more and revisited all the HQ and labs but nothing.
