8945HS 780m Graphics - Windows 11 Dynamic Refresh Rate not visible

I got the new 2024 G14 and I only see options to switch between 60Hz and 120Hz under Windows 11 Display settings - I don't see the Dynamic (60Hz or 120Hz) option which is available on the 2024 G16 running Intel CPU. May I know how I can fix this?
