Staying positive tips
Hi everyone 🩷 it's really cool to see how many people are going through this.
I'm 1-week post-op and pretty miserable. I injured playing soccer, which was just one of the many things I love doing to stay active.
The pain is one thing but mentally I'm doing really badly, feeling super isolated. I see a psychologist and we put together some "bingo card" goals like trying diamond art, doing a pull-up, and wearing leggings (I can't wait for this).
All of that said, I was wondering what tips anyone had for staying positive and mentally well. This has been the hardest for me and I just started.

P.S. I'm also getting really bad back and knee pain from elevating 23 hours a day and being so sedentary :(
