Yamaha fs5x wire vibrations

I’ve always had an annoying buzz coming from what I thought was the bridge area of my Yamaha fs5x. It was time to change strings and so I finally took a look inside to see what could be causing the issue. I now think it’s coming from the curled wires that are connected to the top of the guitar. So a couple of questions. Any ideas if this looks normal and also, can I move the wires from the top to the base? I’m guessing there is no need for them to be glued there since the pickup is under the bridge.
