Need Help: No Response from Airtel Appellate and Nodal Officers – Next Steps?
How can I escalate an issue with Airtel when both the Appellate and Nodal officers aren’t responding to my emails? I keep getting automated replies saying I'll get an update in 24-48 hours, but nothing happens, and my complaints just end up getting closed. I've tried tweeting at them too, but that didn’t help much. Any advice on what I should do next?
