Creation of Allergy Meds Alternative

As someone who suffers from seasonal pollen allergies, I've always wondered if its possible to create an ointment that goes around the nose (like vaseline for your lips) that prevents pollen from entering the nose. Has anyone found something like that? Or know if its been created?
