I messaged chat support because on 01/21 my area was snowing. I wanted to confirm if the substation was closed so I didn’t have to drive and chat support provided the attached information. So I didn’t go…. Now I emailed flex support stating I haven’t received payment and they are telling me chat support is incorrect….
