Enrolled in Equinox but no membership

Idk what I did but I am enrolled in the Equinox credit but it didn’t give me the membership. I’m trying to book a spa appointment to get the credit. It won’t let me log in on the spa website but the app does. Has anyone had this problem? If so will I still get the credit if I don’t have a membership but am enrolled?
