Xiaomi TV Box S 4K (2nd Gen) Audio popping problem on Philips TV

Hello!

I have a Philips 55PUS7805/62 Television which I had no problem about audio. Yesterday I setup a brand new Xiaomi TV Box 4k to it, because the original TV doesn't have an Android based OS. Now there's a popping/crackling sound at the speakers no matter how quiet or loud the TV is, when it's playing something (regardless of the platform).

I tried the Box with another TV, and it works fine. I tried changing cables, no change. I tried changing sound modes from the TV, it temporarily goes back to normal, then starts crackling after 10-20 seconds.

What can I do to fix this? Is this a common problem because I haven't seen another solution for this. Thanks
