I’ve logged on with less sapphires.

This morning I checked and I have over 4k sapphires, and now that I’ve looked I’m down to 3.5k.. my account hasn’t notified me that a new session has logged in. I haven’t found any new items in my account (checked den items, clothing items, pets, pet clothing items, blue prints, crafting crystals, den music, everything)

Is this common?
