charging issues?

how come the past few times i’ve purchased wishing coins for $19.99, apple charges me $24.98???? am i tripping because the first time i purchased them, it ONLY charged 19.99 🤨🤨🤨🤨 and its right after the purchase goes through i get that notification, so its not any other purchase.
