How do I get rid of boxes??? 🥲

Or more accurately "how do I bring myself to get rid of boxes?" Like many people I live in a small apartment and storage is always a problem. It feels silly to use so much storage for empty boxes. Most of my boxes are actually with my parents. When they moved my mom very carefuly flattened each box and noted down which plastic shell went with which figure to cut down on volue. Leaving it with them isn't a long term solution! I think eventually I'll have to throw them all away. I'd like to know what your views on box keeping are. Did you always keep/throw your boxes? If that changed then why? Let me know!
