Can magnetic friction create more resistance than friction resistance spin bikes?

I saw a spin bike with 20kg flywheel and a magnetic friction one with 6.5 kg flywheel which consist of a knob that can create resistance up to 100!. Which one should I go for?. Does magnetic friction can replicate the resistance of a heavy fly wheel?
