anyone seen anything like this before?

my mom cut this out of our local newspaper the day I was born. turned out eerily accurate for me, especially the part about viewing lovers too optimistically and my natural tendency to find the humor in every situation. i’ve done some digging online and can’t find anything else like this. sure anyone can make a birth chart but I couldn’t find anything else for specific days using this brief format. anyone have any more information about this?
