Basal ganglia calcification

34/M, I recently had a CT Scan by the VA for migraine headaches. The report stated "Age-advanced basal ganglia calcifications of unclear etiology". Now, naturally the internet says "EVERYTHING IS BAD AND YOU'RE GOING TO DIE RIGHT NOW!" because why wouldn't it? The thing is that I can't find anything about calcification without it kicking straight to Familial idiopathic basal ganglia calcification or Fahr's Disease. But to how I read it, basal ganglia calcification sounds like a finding that COULD be just a thing that is an indication of the full blown issue.

My question is: How often is there generally calcification found in a CT Scan? Is there a level where the neurology consult (in queue, who knows how long that'll take with the VA) could say something along the lines of "Yeah, there's some calcification, but nothing alarming. Just a touch, but that's an average amount."

Or should I continue freaking out? At least I'm not bored.
