Are there any young folks who are only into 'dating-to-marry'?

I was just curious about this question whether, there are any young folks (GenZs and later Millenials) who are not into hook-ups, situationships or short-term flings and only look out for long term relationships with the idea of leading it to a marriage, or not.

I'm a 23 year old guy. Personally, I believe in the 'soulmates' concept. I've never been in a relationship as of now. Because, I feel I haven't found the right one yet. But, I was thinking about this fact that are there people like me who still believe in something similar to me or am I the only one here who is a hopeless romantic!

Also, I wanted to ask one more question to older peeps who have found their soulmates and are happily married to them now. Where did you find him/her? I guess, probably not in a dating app. Was it a bookstore or a cosplay event?

And also if there were any people similar to me, would they be residing in a tier-one city or just in rural towns and villages? Or, am I completely wrong in this aspect?
