Do Dublin airport recognise the hidden disability lanyard?

Flying out of Dublin airport during the week and one of the group wears the hidden disability lanyard due to having a few things health wise and has to wear a osteomyelitis bag.

Does secuarity recognise the lanyard etc? I'm sure they do. Just wanted to ask before heading down to be prepared.
