Help needed with dodge ram b250

Hi! I've been battling with this van for the past 2 years, but to no luck. My problem is that it isn't getting any fuel (there's plenty in the tank) and there isn't any spark. It cranks fast and healthily though. I've tested it with a new and charged battery. Parts that are swapped are: Distributor Spark plugs Ignition coil Wire from ignition coil to distributor

Still nothing. It's a 1988 318 5.2L V8 Any help is appreciated!!
