EA888 problems

Hello!

I have a 2017 Leon Cupra 300 st and after 105k kilometers it has developed some engine problems. The car randomly starts shaking and the engine rpm starts jumping up and down but only when the car is warming up (oil temp. 50-65 degrees) and the car is parked or stopped during a drive (E.g. at a traffic light). Than when the car warms up it stops doing it. I will attach a video of the rpms for better understanding.

The car has been regularly serviced, the spark plugs have been changed a year and a half ago so could that be the issue or am I looking at something more serious?
