Bought my first gaming laptop yesterdat(asus tuf a15)

I bought this device yesterday but im having trouble with checking weather os is legit so when i click the windows activation tab nothing happens it just freezes and im getting several windows defender pops saying ms defender antivirus couldnt completely resolve potential threats.I tried to update the windows it didnt work.I tried armoury crate it didnt work too so i uninstalled it by the instructions it gave and still got a error called 501 then i tried ghelper and i had to install ms net and there was setup failure in that too.Im doubting the os they got me is duplicate or it got corrupted in the middle of installation nd if i reinstall how am i supposed to download all the drivers back.please be kind enough to reply will be much appreciated 🙏
