189 application education history

While applying for the 189 visa, in the education history section, they have asked for all education history after secondary level. I have accidentally only mentioned my most recent australian Masters degree, but forgot to mention my Bachelor’s degree back in India. In the following section about education in English language, I did mention that my bachelor’s and master’s along with all schooling was in English. Would that be a problem? Or should I just upload bachelor’s certificate in the “other documents“ section regardless, just to be safe?
