Anyone's shutdowns/meltdowns relieved by fresh ginger tea?

BACKGROUND STORY (NO NEED TO READ): For reasons doctors haven't cared to explain to me, I go around with a brain that literally starts feeling inflamed at the slightest overexertion.

I can't describe it but it's a physical feeling of inflammation, kind of like a pressure, and my brain goes cuckoo and I get something in between meltdowns, shutdowns and seizures.

Doctors have kindly explained to me that I am just anxious, or alternatively just autistic, so I should just chill.

Me, I literally feel like I am dying in those moments. Not immediately dying, but like something is wrong.

Now guess what? Ginger tea/chewing makes me feel better. But like day and night. Give it 1 hour.

Guess what ginger cures? Inflammation. Now I don't know if all autistic people experience their overstimulation as inflammation that can be relieved with anti-inflammatory remedies, or not?
