Are Whitin shoes on Aliexpress?

I know Whitin shoes are basically just white-labled shoes from China, so I find it hard to pay $40 for a pair if I can get them somewhere for half the price. I see lots of Hobibear shoes on there, but they don't have the specific style I want. I know there are similar shoes on Aliexpress, but I prefer the way these look. $40 isn't awful but, at that price, I'm wondering if I should just get a set of Splays on sale or something.
