This is really funny because people here hate horns, they don't use them, and if you do they will instantly turn into a puddle. I moved here from New York and there are just as many shit drivers, but they get very upset if you honk at them for cutting you off, or just stopping in the middle of the road.

Horn is how cars communicate because we can't just yell at each other.
