can i disable playing vs bots … i dont mind long que time

im on off and on this game and i only play multiplayer rank .. when i do its super easy and fast que … when i mean super easy i mean 30+ kills every game and the 2end best game in there have 5 kills and it takes forever to go from Veteran to Master … and the sec i get master rank … que is FOREVER and they only play ”search and destroy“

can someone explain that to me ?

is there a way to rank up fast or disable playing with bots
