How big of an upgrade is roccia?

Basically the title.

I haven't started the new region SQ to try roccia

I have SK and S6 sanhua for Cam(my cam is S0R1) so idk if I pull roccia should I replace SK or sanhua.

Im a bit conflicted to go for her or not because I kinda wanna improve my jinhsi by getting zhezhi and R1 for her but still idk if roccia is also a big dmg upgrade or not and if I should go for her for cam (I heard she has CC? Idk how BIG of an upgrade that is so ...yeah, that's why I'm asking)
