Buying a Cartier santos in Japan

Hello. I’m traveling to Japan in a few months and am very interested in purchasing a Cartier santos ref 2960 but keeping my options open to all variations of Santos.

I wanted to ask has anyone had experience buying a Santos in Japan? Are the rates that much favorable? How much should I be looking to spend? Any ballpark estimate would be nice. How is the selection out there? Any recommended shops/areas I should have on my list?
