Thoughts on the style change?

(We have no guarantee that the movie will look like that, but let’s assume it for the discussion)

My opinion on it: I didn’t need those changes, but if the final product looks good, I have no complaints. A change I genuinely prefer here is Makimas hair, but they did Aki dirty in return. I think the season 1 style was more unique with the cinematic/realistic approach, and this one reminds me more of other Shonen adaptations we recently got like Hells Paradise, JJK, etc.  Im looking forward to the movie tho, I trust Mappa that they will make this look incredible too.   (They also look way too clean but thats most likely just because these illustrations will be used for merch)
