Interview went worse than expected

I don’t know why I’m writing this, maybe just for venting. I need a job urgently and applied to chipotle because I have experience in restaurant/kitchen work. After getting an automated text to come in for interview, I went to the location a few days later. I went in after a rush, and stood at the register for a minute until a lady with a Spanish accent asked “what do you need”. I told them I was there for an interview, and she told me to wait nearby (I don’t know if she was annoyed by her tone or maybe I’m projecting). I sat down and another lady with an accent came with a pen and paper (I only mention the accent because it matters later) and asked if I spoke Spanish or English, I said English. She asked me to write down my name and phone number, and I did. She then asked what my experience was and I told her prep cook / line cook / dishwasher, how many years I’ve worked in a kitchen etc. She repeated “dishwasher?” And only wrote down dishwasher by my name. She then said we are looking for someone to work grill, and I replied “okay, great”, thinking that she would ask me something else or elaborate further. She then said “we will call you” then got up without a goodbye or thanks for coming in. Hell I don’t even know her name because she didn’t introduce herself. (I know the we will call you phrase in interviews doesn’t mean anything other than alright, have a good life because I will never see you again!). I realize now they were probably only looking for someone who spoke Spanish as it seemed the whole staff was mainly Spanish speakers. I just wish I knew this so I didn’t waste my own time or get my hopes up. Interview was less than 2 minutes. It took me 40 mins to get there and 40 mins back home
