Do you, as a Christian, support israel?

I've had this question for a while, a lot of people say we should support israel because of it's connection to the Bible and what God says about israel. I don't believe the world is black and white. I don't agree that Israel AS A WHOLE should go down, as many say "f Israel". I believe both Palestine and Israel have their good and bad people but I'm scared I may be on the wrong side by not choosing one.
