Why doesn't God punish that guy?

So I have a classmate,really bad human. Always bullying someone,making people cry,mocking people over everything,pulling his pants down and going like 10 cm away from ppls faces,also hes homophobic. Yet noone cares bc hes popular.

He once sexually assaulted me and I reported it to the schoolboard and my class-teacher.Nothing happened bc he claimed he didnt do it. I have tried so much and he got away with just saying sorry,he mocked me in class afterwards with his friends and laughed abt it.

Why doesnt GOD do anything?
