Apps crashing/restarting

I've got a CC with GTV (4k) and I've got an issue where most of the apps I have will basically restart themselves, this could be after quite a while or almost straight away.

Netflix and Disney+ don't have this issue, but almost all other apps including BBC iPlayer, NowTV and YouTube do.

There's no indication that it's actually crashed per say, the app will just nicely restart itself, normally throwing me back to the main menu.

I've hard reset the CC and tried it with the default apps, there's also no system update for it.

If I cast then it works absolutely fine, and Disney+ and Netflix also work fine, so I don't believe it's my network or overheating, I've also had it for a couple of years now with no previous issues.
