How are cwl rewards in your clans?

So after my final attack in our cwl. Our leader got mad since last cwl our co leader sent bonuses to the best attackers(most stars) in the cwl. So he demoted everyone and said that the bonuses should be given to the people who donated the most. I think it’s unfair for the people at lower TH cause they cant donate to everyone because of troop levels. And I know why our leader uses donations as a basis cause doesn’t know how to attack. And I got kicked out for voicing my opinion in our clan. And now most of the best attackers in our clan also left. And his co leader laughed at me for getting kicked out but it makes me laugh looking at his base 😂😂😂
