CRCR with no prior coding/billing experience?

Hi, all

My company pays for the CRCR certification through a membership with the HFMA. Now, I'm a telesitter, and don't have any experience at all with coding, billing or revenue cycle anything so I an curious; is it worth it to get thr CRCR and could I realistically land a job with it alone?
