Coinbase Customer Support

What is your guys general experience using the live chat for customer support on coinbase? I just had to reach out to them a third time to get the same issue resolved even though I was told the issue would be resolved the first two times. Its starting to feel like theyre just telling me the issue is resolved to make me go away. What is going on here?
