Recipe request for cookies that have no common allergens.

Currently am talking to a guy and I want to make valentines cookies for him, but he is allergic to most common allergens. All nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, literally any lactose lol. I have confirmed that he can have oat milk and flaxseeds which ive seen are in allergen-free recipes. He can eat madegood cookies, so whatever can replicate those but with safe food dye and sprinkles. Thanks in advance!
