Cuttings get on the floor all the time.
When I cut things on my board, they tend to get everywhere, including the floor.
Things like onion cuttings are slightly wet, and stick to the floor to the point where
it's hard to get them with a broom without making more of a mess.
In general it's hard to keep the floor clean when every time I want to cook something I cut something, it makes a mess. Going slower helps I'm sure, but I can't help when a chunk of onion sticks to my knife
and falls in between the board and the bowl.
Any basic advice to counter (pun not intended) this?
