Have there been any updates on console commands for cultural traditions?

The wiki page says it's updated but I don't see any commands for add or remove traditions from a culture.

Mostly asking because I don't understand why Egyptian culture doesn't start with Land of the Bow (which gives Nile Archers) and the wiki says the train cannot be picked. I feel like swapping it in for Mubarizun would be a better fit historically.
