Does this guy (M26) like me (F20)

I have been really confused about this guy and don’t know if he likes me or just want to be friends. We have known each other for like two years when we used to work together and only snapped recently for two months.

History: we worked at the same place before but now he has another job. That is where I got the most signs from tbh. - he would always hug me (but also everyone else so I don’t think much about it) - he would also hug me from behind (which I don’t think he did to others) - he also once followed me home with a taxi from work - does it mean something if he asked me for a tie but not one of his girl friends? - I think he had glances my way sometimes (if I am not delulu) - he always referred others to “hey bro/sis” but I don’t think he did that to me (don’t remember being called one of those) - called me cute and pretty (but only one time)

Now: after he left work we basically didn’t have any contact until recently he added me on Snapchat - he started snap streaks - does a guy snap a shirtless pic to everyone? - he asked me to go to the library with him ones and take a drink ones - we are currently on each others first on best friend list (but I don’t know if it means anything for a guy, especially if he is not that active on snap - over 300.000 snap score) - he asked if I had a boyfriend (but the context was that I talked about wanting kids early and then he said “that’s early - do u have a boyfriend”, so I don’t know if he meant something by that question) - he is always up and down with making convo first, but recently very dry and never ask for any hangouts anymore - he also sometimes replies to my snap (if we had a convo) 45 minutes or something after leaving me on read. Is it normal for a guy to remember a convo after opening the snap an hour ago? - his reply time has always been around 15 minutes unless he is working (and I know that a guy always make time if they do actually like u - which make me think that I am just really delulu this whole time) - does a good night text mean anything to a guy?
