Request for initial evidence form i-765

So I applied for renewal back in November 2023 and got approved and card produced around December 2023. USPS lost my mail and I had to reapply again for another card. Since I was already approved for 821D form I did a replacement card with i-765 form. I did that at the end of January which was the time my original card got expired and now I'm getting asked for more initial evidence. I have never seen this before for EAD especially for replacement card. I rechecked everything that was asked for me and I don't seem to see any issues. I'm still waiting on the letter that will explain to me what I need but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before?
