No water pressure

Could someone help please? We have no water pressure causing no hot water or heating.

We have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar i30 combi boiler, and we don’t have the key to increase the pressure. Our boiler also doesn’t have the keyless filling link option (blue lever).

I’ve tried turning the red dials in the picture below but doesn’t seem to do anything.

Can anyone help please?
