How to get into Dkok?

Sooo... I'm coming back to Warhammer and like seemingly half the player base, want to play Death korps now... With the new codex release and box etc, what is the situation on creating an army rn? I have basically not played since 9th Ed/early tenth Ed and have no idea what's going on right now...
