mobile issue or i have a skill issue

does anyone else play on mobile (specifically on safari? jwgsjshdjs) and often has their whole game erased and everything lost including saves? or is this just an issue for me because i play on safari and not something better haha 😅💗 thanks so much! love this community 🥹
