Best Blind-Buy Safe Perfume Under ₹1500 for gifting? (Fresh & Nice Smelling preffered, Performance Not a Priority)

Need it before 9th feb.
Under 1500rs. Not strict can go till 1600.
Should be blind buy safe. Performance doesnt matter, should smell nice. (So probably something fresh?)
Some good brand or a good bottle design would be ideal as I am gifting to someone who doesnt have not much info about perfumes, but not necessary. Although I dont have issues with ME frags, but the person I am gifting it to doesnt know about it so if possible, also suggest some known/heard brands (Ofc. not wildstone)
Also suggest seller if possible.
