where the heck is palindrome?

its been nearly 3 years since its last reprisal/ perk updates, i think it has only had one, the intitial reprisal and the one more in which queen. there have been multiple guns, unpopular guns at that they have been brought back so many times (cough, cough, hung jury AND shadow price) and with bad perks at that, so im confused at whats taking so long with a palindrome perk update

i love that damn handcanon and i still use but unfortunately the og god rule has now become severely outdated, and there are so many new perks and combos that would make palidrome top tier. its just so strange as popular as the gun is they havent brought it back yet
